Green foods are the primarily promoted certified agricultural produce by the government P. R. China since early 1990’. They have AA level green food, and A level green food. A-level green foods allow a limited amount of chemically composed material during production. AA-level green foods strictly require no chemically composed fertilizer, pesticide, feed additive, food additive and anything harmful to the environment and health to be used during production. The production standards are almost the same of organic foods. From nature, green foods can be regarded as the transition product from convention foods to organic foods.
