The agricultural microbial products R&D and manufacturing base (Factory) of Beijing Danlu Bio-Engineering Co Ltd locates in the beautiful surroundings of Zhao Ge Zhuang village. It is 27 kilometres away from Beijing Capital Airport, 45 kilometres from central Beijing. The Beijing-Chengde highway and city-standard ring road links the very developed transport routes.

The factory is nested in 20,000 square metres compound, it’s equipped with complete water supply, electricity facility, heating system, and all other supplies well provided. The site has a modern R&D lab and professional agricultural bacterium production facilities and fermentation workshop.

                  

The site has installed modern automated production line and is able to manufacture and package several kinds of microbial fertilizers, microbial compound fertilizers and related products for both domestic use and export. The designed annual production capacity is 10,000 ton microbial preparations and 50,000 ton microbial fertilizers.

The on-site R&D department of the site consists of microbial chemical lab, agricultural chemical lab, techniques lab and quality control lab. The facility is responsible for both company internal research and production techniques development and external soil and produce inspection and analysis.

The office block is for employee administration, meetings, and trainings. More than 80% of the employees in the company production facility possess a college diploma or above certificate. The company has obtained ISO9001 certificate since 2006. All departments strictly comply with the factory regulations and disciplines. The on site dormitories and dinning canteen is capable of providing 3 meals a day for 100 people.

The research and development abilities of Beijing Danlu Bio-Engineering Co Ltd manufacturing base (factory) has established modern high-tech facilities with latest production skills in large industrialized scale. The manufactured products varieties and qualities all meet or exceed Chinese national trade standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of China. Out products have been exported for many years and the base is still expanding and growing.
